1. Deposit Method
Method 1: Via ATM/Transfer from counters
After depositing the fund, please write your full English name, trading account number and bank account proof on the deposit receipt. Please fill in the“Deposit Advice’’ and all of the above should be faxed to 2618 9806 or you can email a scanned copy to cs@globalmsec.com or contact your account manager.
You may be charged a fee by banks for when deposit funds via cross-bank transfer. For details of the bank charges, please consult your bank directly.
Method 2: Cheque/cross-bank transfer(CHATS)
If you make deposit by cheque, please photocopy the cheque before deposit to bank. (Please make sure the photocopy is clear to show the cheque details).
Please write your full English name and trading account number on the receipt and also fill in the “Deposit Advice’’ . Then please fax to 2618 9806 or you can email a scanned copy to cs@globalmsec.com or contact your account manager.
There will be at least two working days for clearing and settle the cheque deposit. The deposit will save to your trading account once the deposit has been settled. The settlement days of banks in Hong Kong are Monday to Friday (Except Saturday, Sunday and Hong Kong Public holidays). The cheque is being deposited to our bank account on Friday, this cheque will be settled on next Monday. Similarly, if the cheque is being deposited on Saturday, the cheque will be settled on next Tuesday. (Not include Public holidays, Christmas Eve, and the day before new year.)
Method 3: Transfer via internet banking
Please print out the page of “Completed online transfer”. Write your full English name and trading account number on it. Also fill in the “Deposit Advice’’ and then fax to 2618 9806 or you can email a scanned copy to cs@globalmsec.com or contact your account manager.
You may be charged a fee by banks for depositing funds via cross-bank transfer. For exact bank charges, please consult your bank directly.
Method 4: telegraphic transfer from overseas
Please write your full English name and trading account number on the receipt of the telegraphic transfer. Also fill in the “Deposit Advice’’and fax to 2618 9806 or you can email a scanned copy to cs@globalmsec.com or contact your account manager.
Remarks: Telegraphic transfer normally takes 3-5 working days. Customer might need to pay a bank fees, and the intermediary bank might charge some other fees which would be determined by the intermediary bank.
The name of bank account holder must be the same as that of the trading account in our company.
Please note that:
Our company only accepts the deposit from the client’s name. We do not accept cash deposit or other third party deposits.
The cut-off time of deposit will be 4:30pm (Except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays). If we receive client’s fund, deposit proof and notification. After the cut-off time, the money will be credited to your trading account next working day.
2. Withdrawal method
Client can fill in the “Withdrawal Instruction” by his/her own or via your account manager. Then fax it to 2618 9806 or you can email a scanned copy to cs@globalmsec.com or contact your account manager. Our company will follow the instruction and deposit the money to your bank account.
We do not accept third-party fund withdrawal. Please make sure the name of the bank account must be the same as the name on account opening form.
Remarks: The cut-off time of fund withdrawal is 12noon of each working day. If we receive client’s instruction after 12noon, your instruction will be executed the next working day.
